Brian Salvagni is of Counsel with the Firm. Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in 1984, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1988. Brian has over 30 years of experience with matters related to the acquisition, disposition, construction, development, leasing, financing and zoning of real property assets. Brian enjoys getting to know his clients and their businesses in order to provide practical and creative solutions to their real estate, commercial, finance and corporate law needs. Brian’s practice includes the representation of sophisticated business entities, corporations, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, condominium associations, real estate developers, builders and individuals.
In addition to conventional real property transactions, Brian’s real estate financing experience includes numerous engagements, as transaction counsel, to corporate borrowers in asset-based financings, acquisition financings, and construction financings. Brian also has experience as a principal developer in residential real estate projects.
Prior to joining the Firm, Brian had two decades of experience in real estate law and finance as an associate in a major Ohio law firm and then as General Counsel for a large propane company.
